Parish Council meeting, November 2021

The Next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held in The Reading Room on Monday 1st November 2021 at 7:30pm with Giles Scott in the chair.  

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purposes of considering and resolving the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out below.

1.  Silent Prayer.                                                                  

2. Apologies for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest. 

(a) Councillors to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest in any items on the agenda; 
(b) Councillors to declare any other interest in any items on the agenda.

4. Minutes.  Consideration of the minutes of the meeting of the Full Council on 4th October 2021.

5. Open Forum for 15 minutes to enable members of the public to bring any matters to the attention of the Parish Council. 

6. Matters Arising.   

6.1. Neighbourhood Plan – Update

  1. Replacement of the roundabout.
  2. A map of the village for new-comers.
  3. Pedestrian safety at the Meadow Road/West Street junction.
  4. Installation of a friendship swing at the park.
  5. Installation of a ramp at the Little Lane entrance to the park.
  6. Purchase of the Old School House.

6.4 Fallen Tree in cemetery – Update and review of next steps.

7. Clerk’s Financial Statement.  For October 2021 and Budget Review.
